The stores will be spread over an area of 5,000 sft to 15,000 sft, the luxurymall will come over an area of 80,000 sft to 150,000 sft. We will be spending around Rs 150 crores overall, which will be sourced through amix of internalaccurals and debt.
The company plans to open 50 stores each of Just Cuts, Gitanjali Jewellery and Gitanjali Fashion. Opening of 25 Bezel stores, 10 Greggio Argento stores and 5 luxury Gitanjali Malls by 2010 is on the cards. The luxury malls will not only house its own brands but other luxury brands as well. They will also have restaurants, spas and designer products for the elite class with taste 🙂 The company is initially focusing on ownership model before moving to the franchisee model. They have plans for 50:50 ownership-franchisee kind of business model in future.
